In February of 2021 I started having all sorts of strange symptoms and it was recommended to me to try pelvic floor physio therapy. I tried 3 other therapists before coming to Chandni in June. Chandni has a very all inclusive approach to dealing with my condition (tight pelvic floor) that the was missing in my past appointments. Her gradual steps to move me towards recovery have been amazing and I feel completely confident in her ability to get me back to normal (which in itself has made the healing process that much easier!). I finally feel like I am in control of my body again. I highly recommend her to anyone who is having pelvic floor issues, she is always there to answer questions and support you in your recovery, you will not be disappointed.

I cannot recommend Reform Pelvic Health Physiotherapy, specifically Chandni, enough! She exemplifies everything that a healthcare provider should be: understanding, accommodating, patient and professional. I have been going for pelvic floor physiotherapy for endometriosis/ovarian cysts for a few months and must say I am seeing improvement that I did not expect. Despite being concerned that I would be uncomfortable, I can honestly say that I feel very comfortable in her care and look forward to talking to her every visit. If I had known about her sooner (pre -children) I would have come then too. She is non-judgemental and very encouraging. Also, she follows all Covid protocols closely. Highly recommend this clinic. I had amazing experience. I had my first c-section and very traumatic delivery. The Reform physiotherapy team helped me to recover from the painful stitches. They even provided me with virtual sessions as it was COVID was at its peak and I wasn't comfortable visiting the clinic. The exercises were detailed and the plan was tailored to my pace.

As a construction worker, with time my back started to hurt. It would give me a hard time sleeping, getting out of the bed, not to mention going to work every day and lifting heavy materials as it is part of my job. In the end of the day the pain was unbearable, I couldn't lay down, I could'n seat properly and getting up was very painful. I could see that I started to lean my spine when walking, and could'n stay longer on my feet, it became painful. For two years I kept going to a physiotherapist and then to a chiropractor, I felt a little better, but the pain was still there. Walking and sleeping was still painful. Everything changed when I started to go to Reform Pelvic Physiotherapi. I was skeptic at first, but after several sessions and being consistent with Chandni's recommendations, my back pain was gone. I hardly feel anything , even after a very hard and long day at work. I strongly advise to book an appointment, even having the slightest pain. It could change a lot.
